The Dispossessory Process:
- Serve the tenant a three (3), thirty (30) or sixty (60) day notice to vacate. Try to hand the notice to the tenant or send the tenant demand by U.S. mail or by tacking it to the door.
- If the tenant does not respond favorably, the day after the expiration of the notice, you may file your dispossessory warrant.

- The dispossessory request is processed and delivered to the applicable courthouse, typically within one business day.
EZ Eviction Process
Our state-of-the-art on-line filing system tracks every transaction in the eviction process on a daily basis. We provide daily notifications and flagging each new transaction for your convenience, such as:
- Confirmation that the dispossessory warrant was filed
- Notice that any amendment if needed was filed
- Cancellation of the order when the tenant paid before filing
- Notice that the eviction was served and method of service
- Last date the tenant can file an answer
